CAN I CHANGE/CANCEL MY ORDER?

Hi! We don’t accept cancellations once the order has been placed. To change your order , please get in touch with Nakhra Helpline on +919871212571 or at shop@nakhrewaali.co with your order number and your request. You will need to do so as soon as possible as orders are sometimes shipped immediately.

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF AN ITEM ORDERED IS OUT OF STOCK?

Our Nakhra Helpline Team will get in touch with you and a refund request will be put in motion. For pre-paid orders the refund will be processed directly into your debit/credit card account used to make the payment or via a gift card. It usually takes 10-15 working days from when the refund request was raised to the amount to reflect in your account. The gift card once issued, can be used right away. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds do not apply, as the payment is not yet made.

 

HOW CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

If you have logged in while placing the order, you can view your order status in the ‘My Account Order Tab’. If you have placed the order as a guest, your details won’t reflect in the ‘My Account’ section, but don’t worry, we will send you timely updates via email and SMS Apprising you of your order status.

 

HOW DO I REDEEM MY STORE CREDIT/VOUCHER?

Enter your voucher code at the checkout and the voucher amount will automatically adjust and reflect against the total amount.

 

WHAT ARE PRE-ORDER PRODUCTS?

We offer some items for sale before they actually arrive at our warehouse from our factory. And hence a delay in dispatch is possible. Each individual product has a different dispatch timeline. We try our best to dispatch all the products of your order in one shipment for your convenience. In case you have ordered a Pre-order product, your whole order will be dispatched when all the pieces are available. DOMESTIC SHIPPING

IS THERE AN ADDITIONAL SHIPPING CHARGE?

We have free shipping across India for all orders including prepaid. Although we charge a convenience fee of Rs 100 on each order domestically. This convenience fee is not refundable.

 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO REACH ME?

This depends on whether the products in your order are on Pre-order, mode of payment and on your location. We dispatch our products from Monday to Saturday, and it takes another 3 to 10 working days for the order to reach you based on your location. Some products are on pre-order so please expect a short delay in the dispatch of these products. The relevant product page will have these details mentioned.

Mode of payment

  1. Prepaid Orders: Once you place an order, we will try and dispatch most products the next working day itself. But this is based on the product.
  2. Cash On Delivery Orders: – We will dispatch your order the next working day after the cash on delivery order is confirmed. But this is based on the product.

Locations of delivery

Within DELHI/NCR : Please allow 2 to 5 working days for the courier to be delivered

Metros : Please allow 3 to 6 working days for the courier to be delivered

Non-Metros and Interiors : Please allow 5 to 10 working days for the courier to be delivered

 

WILL ALL THE ITEMS IN MY ORDER BE SHIPPED IN THE SAME BOX?

We try our best to dispatch all products in one shipment for your convenience. In case you have ordered a Pre-order product the whole order will be dispatched when all the pieces are available. If you wish for us to dispatch some items early please contact us at +919871212571 or at shop@nakhrewaali.co.  Sometimes we may dispatch a single order in multiple shipments to ensure that the product reaches you safely.

 

RETURNS WITHIN INDIA

 

HOW DO I KNOW IF AN ITEM IS ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN?

We have a no-return policy. Most of our items can be exchanged for a new product or store credit only if the product is defective/damaged or an incorrect order is received by you. Please read the individual product page for more details. Do note, free gifts/products won or received in promotional offers cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

WHAT ABOUT MY MONEY?

You will get a credit voucher for the whole amount you paid, which is valid for a year.

 

WHAT IF I RECEIVE A DAMAGED / DEFECTIVE / WRONG PRODUCT?

We Quality Control all our shipping and packaging processes, but in rare circumstances, if you do receive a damaged, defective/wrong product or an incomplete order, simply get in touch with us within 24 to 48 hours of receiving your order with pictures at shop@nakhrewaali.co and we will take care of the rest.

 

DO YOU HAVE A REVERSE PICKUP SERVICE?

No, we don’t have a reverse-pickup service. You will have to courier the product back to us at our studio address. And we would refund you the courier charges borne by you in the form of store credit.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURN?

It will take 15 to 25 working days for you to receive a replacement or store credit.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS CAN I USE?

We have a number of payment methods. Choose the one that is most convenient for you.

  • Online Payment via Credit or Debit We accept Visa, MasterCard and Maestro cards.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) You can make the payment once the product reaches you. However, this service is available only in within India.
  • Paytm

 

DO YOU OFFER CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)?

Yes we do, however, this is applicable only in India for selected Pincodes.

 

HOW DOES CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) WORK?

When you place a cash on delivery order, you will receive a confirmation call before dispatch. Only once the order is confirmed will we dispatch the same. There are 2 ways to confirm the order:

  1. Our Nakhra Helpline Team will call you on the same day or the next working day to confirm/cancel the order.
  2. You can email us your confirmation at shop@nakhrewaali.co with your order number.

Please note : If we don’t hear from you 7 DAYS after you have placed your order, the order will be cancelled. We won’t be dispatching the order unless it is confirmed nor will be block stock for it.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING, RETURNS AND PAYMENT

DOES NAKHREWAALI.CO SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes, we ship internationally, but only with a minimum order value of $200 USD.

 

HOW DO I PLACE AN INTERNATIONAL ORDER?

IS THERE AN ADDITIONAL SHIPPING CHARGE?

There is a nominal charge based on the products and country we ship to. Please note, you will need to pay Customs Duty as per the duty structure of the country you reside in. Customs Duty will be on actuals, and you will need to pay the Customs Duty at the time of accepting the order.

 

HOW DO I PAY FOR MY ORDER?

We only ship out prepaid orders. We don’t accept international cards except Amex from select countries and PayPal.

 

IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER VALUE TO SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes. For international orders there is a minimum order value of $200 USD.

We offer the option to exchange within 24 to 48 hours of receiving the product. Please email us with the list of products you need to exchange and the reason. Our customer service team will get in touch with you in 1-2 business days. We try our best to ensure that our products reach you defect and damage free, but in the off chance this happens, please share images with us as well. This will help us solve your query faster.

 

DO YOU ARRANGE REVERSE PICKUPS?

No, we don’t have a reverse pick up facility for international orders .You will need to ship the products back to us at your own cost.

HOW DOES A GIFT CARD WORK?

You can send a gift card of any value to your friends and family with absolute ease. We email the gift voucher code to the recipient on your behalf along with a message.

HOW CAN I USE MY GIFT VOUCHER?
